Flight Hardware

Maverick is an industry leader in the manufacturing of Flight Hardware for Aerospace Applications, including Manned-Space Flight and Mission Critical Components/Assemblies. We have 3, 4, and 5-axes machining capabilties up to 5 meters and turning up to 5.5 meters; both capabilities are utilized in the completion of large Flight Hardware Rings and Assemblies. Maverick can produce the most complex Flight Hardware from all metals, including Titanium, Aluminum, Inconel, Monel, and Alloy Steels just to name a few. Integrated Assemblies or Sub-Assemblies are fnialized in our secondary 40,000 sq. ft. facility which also includes a 1000 sq. foot ISO 8.0 Certified Clean Room.
